Annicke Shireen

Annicke Shireen is an independent artist whose music blends ethereal beauty with raw intensity. Known as the lead singer of the Dutch witch rock formation SHIREEN, and as a performer in HEILUNG and PURE REASON REVOLUTION, Annicke began releasing music under her own name in 2021.

With solo releases like The SERPENT, EP DEMONETTE and THE CHARIOT, Annicke established a signature sound marked by enchantingly haunting vocals, heavy riffs, and emotionally charged lyricism. Collaborating with acclaimed drummer Koen Herfst and incorporating subtle electronics, she continually explores the depths of human emotion through her music.

DELIRIUM is the debut solo album by Annicke Shireen, released on Friday, 13 November 2026. Across ten tracks, the album moves between alternative rock, metal, synthpop, folk and dreamy grunge, while keeping a recognisable core of heavy guitars, layered vocals and moody synths.
